AUDI IS ANNOUNCING PRICING AND FULL Australian specification for the all-new, next-generation Audi Q3 SUV and Q3 Sportback, marking a significant evolution for the brand’s most popular model and one of its highest-selling nameplates in the local market.
As one of Audi’s highest-selling vehicles in Australia, the Q3 has long been a cornerstone of the brand’s local success. The all-new generation builds on this legacy with a broader model range, increased standard specification and a clear focus on owner benefit, offering greater choice for urban drivers, growing families and individuals seeking a versatile, premium all-rounder for everyday life. Both SUV and Sportback body styles will be offered from launch, catering to drivers who prioritise either versatility or a more expressive, coupé-inspired design.
“The Audi Q3 is one of the most important vehicles in our Australian portfolio, and this all-new generation represents a significant step forward in every respect,” said Jeff Mannering, Director of Audi Australia. “It has been redesigned from the ground up to deliver more presence, more technology and more value for our Audi owners, while remaining true to the qualities that have made Q3 such a success in this market.
“With a broader, clearly structured line-up, higher levels of standard specification and the introduction of Launch Editions with exceptional value, the new Q3 range gives Australian customers more choice than ever before. Whether prioritising efficiency, performance, quattro confidence or standout design in Sportback form, the all-new Q3 is perfectly positioned for Australians seeking a premium compact SUV.”
Visually, the new Q3 adopts a more mature and muscular stance, with advanced lighting technology defining the confident front mask and prominent wheel arch blisters referencing Audi’s quattro heritage. At the rear, a full-width light strip and illuminated Audi rings – a first for any Audi model introduced to Australia – emphasise width and presence, while the Sportback introduces a tapered roofline for a more dynamic profile. Inside, the cabin is transformed through horizontal design lines, premium materials and a new steering column-mounted gear selector and switch module improves ergonomics while freeing up space in the centre console, contributing to a greater sense of openness and refinement.
Pricing for the all-new Audi Q3 range starts from $61,600 (plus on road costs) for the Q3 SUV TFSI 110kW, with the range extending to the high-performance Q3 Sportback TFSI 195kW quattro at $84,400 (plus on road costs). Launch Edition variants will be available across 110kW and 150kW models to commemorate the model’s introduction to Australia, offering additional sporty enhancements and strong value for the launch.
Digital-first interior, advanced safety and assistance technology
The Audi Q3 is the first model to debut an advanced new MMI system, inspired by Audi’s latest PPE and PPC platform vehicles and further enhanced for improved usability and aesthetics. A curved digital stage integrates the 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit plus with a 12.8-inch central MMI touch display, creating a seamless and immersive digital environment.
Every all-new Audi Q3 features the most comprehensive suite of safety and driver assistance systems ever offered on an Audi in this segment. Standard equipment includes adaptive cruise assist with active lane assist, active front assist, speed sign recognition, 360-degree cameras and the latest park assist plus.
The Q3 is also the first Audi to introduce advanced parking functionality as standard, including reversing assist, which can automatically retrace up to 50 metres of the previously driven path, and trained parking, allowing drivers to record and store customised parking manoeuvres. These features are designed to reduce stress and enhance convenience in everyday driving scenarios.
High-resolution Digital Matrix LED headlights are available for the first time on Q3, utilising 25,600 micro-LEDs to project precise lighting patterns and assist with lane guidance and warnings, further enhancing safety and visibility. This level of advanced lighting technology was previously reserved for the upper echelon of the Audi range, up until now only included in the A8 and Q8 e-tron ranges, highlighting the advanced level of development in this next generation of Audi models.
Q3 SUV and Sportback TFSI 110kW
The entry point to the all-new Audi Q3 range is powered by a newly developed 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 110kW and 250Nm, paired with a seven-speed S tronic transmission and front-wheel drive. Featuring mild-hybrid technology with cylinder-on-demand, the Q3 TFSI 110 kW delivers improved efficiency without compromising everyday usability, accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in 9.1 seconds.
Despite its position as the most accessible variant in the line-up, the Q3 TFSI 110kW is exceptionally well equipped and represents the best-specified entry Q3 offered to date. Exterior highlights include advanced-line styling with full body paint finish, adaptive LED headlights with three selectable daytime running light signatures, illuminated Audi rings at the rear and acoustic glazing for the front door windows. Practicality is enhanced through keyless entry, electric tailgate operation and electric heated, folding, and auto-dimming side mirrors with memory functionality.
Inside, the cabin reflects Audi’s latest interior design language, with leather-appointed upholstery, electrically adjustable front seats with memory for the driver, heated front seats and three-zone climate control all fitted as standard. The digital experience is led by the new curved display incorporating the 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit plus and a 12.8-inch central MMI touchscreen, supported by Audi smartphone interface, digital radio and wireless phone charging with cooling functionality. As standard is also an Audi sound system with ten speakers and a subwoofer, with a total output of 260 watts for audiophiles, while colour ambient interior lighting and inlays in matt cross-brushed aluminium also delight interior occupants.
The Q3 Sportback TFSI 110kW builds on this strong foundation with a more dynamic, coupé-inspired silhouette while retaining the same efficient mild-hybrid drivetrain and front-wheel-drive configuration. Visually distinguished by its standard S line exterior styling, the Sportback adopts unique bumpers, S line badging and 19-inch alloy wheels that emphasise its athletic stance. The tapered roofline and absence of roof rails further enhance its sleek proportions, delivering a more expressive design without compromising comfort, technology or everyday usability.
To mark the launch of the all-new Q3, both Q3 TFSI 110kW body styles are available in Launch Editions, adding a suite of sporty and value-focused enhancements. These include S line exterior styling for the SUV, 19-inch Audi Sport alloy wheels, metallic paint and red brake callipers, complemented by a black exterior styling package. Adaptive dampers with new two-valve technology and a sound actuator further elevate both comfort and driving engagement, reinforcing the Q3’s positioning as the most advanced and best-equipped model in its segment.
Q3 SUV and Sportback TFSI quattro 150kW
Stepping up to the Q3 TFSI quattro 150kW introduces a more powerful 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine producing 150kW and 320Nm, combined with Audi’s renowned quattro all-wheel-drive system and seven-speed S tronic transmission. This configuration delivers confident, all-weather traction and a notable performance uplift, with zero to 100 km/h achieved in 7.1 seconds.
In addition to the enhanced performance, the 150kW variants introduce a sportier specification, with S line exterior styling and 19-inch alloy wheels standard across both SUV and Sportback body styles. Sport front seats with integrated headrests further reinforce the dynamic positioning of these models, while hill descent assist adds additional capability for varied driving conditions.
The Q3 TFSI quattro 150kW strikes a compelling balance between performance, refinement and everyday versatility, making it a strong proposition for drivers seeking quattro confidence paired with elevated design and driving engagement. Similarly to their 110kW siblings, both 150kW quattro variants are available as Launch Editions, featuring the same value-enhancing specification as the 110 kW models. These additions include metallic paint, 19-inch Audi Sport alloy wheels, red brake calipers and a black exterior styling package, alongside adaptive dampers and a sound actuator. The result is a sharpened driving experience and a more assertive visual presence, delivered at a compelling price point.
Q3 SUV and Sportback TFSI quattro 195kW
At the pinnacle of the Q3 range sit the flagship TFSI quattro 195kW variants, delivering near S-model levels of performance. Powered by a high-output 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 195kW and 400Nm, these models accelerate to 100 km/h in just 5.7 seconds, with power delivered to all four wheels via quattro all-wheel drive and a seven-speed S tronic transmission.
These top-tier variants are distinguished by an extensive standard equipment list that underscores their performance credentials. Exterior features include 20-inch Audi Sport alloy wheels, adaptive dampers, panoramic glass sunroof, red brake calipers and privacy glass. Inside, the S line interior package introduces premium finishes such as aluminium divergence inlays, stainless steel pedals, a heated sport steering wheel and black headlining, complemented by ambient lighting pro.
Technology highlights include a head-up display, a Sonos premium sound system and enhanced USB charging capability, reinforcing the Q3’s position as one of the most technologically advanced offerings in the premium compact SUV segment.
Ownership and peace of mind
The all-new Audi Q3 range is backed by Audi Australia’s comprehensive ownership program, including a five-year warranty and twelve years manufacturing warranty for bodywork against corrosion perforation for new vehicles.
Five-year service plans are available for both models and customers also can purchase Audi Advantage, an Audi-exclusive program that allows owners to purchase two-year packages to extend their servicing, warranty, and roadside assistance. New vehicle owners can purchase two-year programs back-to-back at the time of purchase, or at a later date up to eight years old, to extend the current manufacturer warranty beyond the current five-year period. This allows new vehicle owners the security of a full factory warranty for up to nine years, which is transferable to future owners of their vehicle.
Audi owners also receive a complementary membership during their warranty period to Audi Experience, Audi Australia’s bespoke loyalty program that offers access to exclusive national events, intimate Audi Ambassador experiences and premium partner offers.
