CHERY HAS ANNOUNCED UPGRADES to its small SUV, Tiggo 4.

After selling over 5200 units in just six months, the Tiggo 4 will continue to offer two variants with the Urban priced from $23,990 and the Ultimate retailing at $26,990 driveaway.

Highlighting the 2026 model are newly designed 17 and 18-inch alloy wheels, and a striking new rear design which features LED taillights plus a light bar that stretches across the tailgate – a signature look across the Chery lineup.

All variants receive dual 10.25-inch LCD screens, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Hello Chery Intelligent Voice Command, a six-speaker sound system, 7 airbags, and an impressive array of driver assistance features.

The flagship Ultimate model takes things up a notch with a 15W wireless phone charger, 360-degree surround view camera, artificial leather seats and colour selectable ambient lighting.

Both grades are powered by Chery’s 1.5L turbo-petrol engine, with an output of 108kW and 210Nm of torque. Combined fuel consumption is rated at 7.4L/100km, emissions of 168g/km of CO2.

The Tiggo 4 will continue to be backed with Chery’s seven-year unlimited km warranty, seven-year capped price servicing and up to seven years of roadside assistance and will be available for test drives from mid-April.

Chery is also riding a wave of momentum as Australia’s fastest-growing car brand, posting a massive 216 percent year-on-year sales increase, and with plans to introduce new models, increase investment in new energy technology, and dealership expansion, Chery looks certain to continue this growth.
