THE ENTHUSIASM FOR COLLECTABLE cars shows no signs of abating, with online auction platform, Collecting Cars hitting a new sales high in Australia during November.
Last month, the leading online auction platform passed more than 1000 sold lots so far this year, pushing the company’s sales performance in Australasia 44 percent higher compared to this time last year.
This 1988 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 Club Sport sold strongly at $A288,500The company’s auction sales during November totalled close to $A7 million from 87 lots, 28 percent higher than November last year.
“Collector car sales in Australia and New Zealand remain strong, even with Christmas approaching” said Lee Hallett, Head of APAC at Collecting Cars.
“A number of fascinating consignments are heading our way for December so keep an eye on Collecting Cars.”
